1. Consultation Bookings

Users may book astrology consultations through chat, audio call, or video call, subject to the availability of astrologers.

Once a consultation has started or has been completed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by User

Users may cancel a scheduled consultation before the consultation begins.

  • If the cancellation is made before the consultation starts, the refund eligibility will be determined based on the payment status and whether the astrologer has accepted the booking.

  • If the consultation has already started, no cancellation or refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation by Astro Zindaggi or Astrologer

If a consultation is cancelled due to:

  • Astrologer unavailability,

  • Technical issues from our side,

  • Scheduling conflicts,

  • Any operational reason beyond the user's control,

the user may receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A wallet credit, or

  • An option to reschedule the consultation.

The applicable resolution will be communicated to the user.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment is:

  • Debited but the booking is not confirmed,

  • Processed multiple times for the same transaction,

please contact our support team with the transaction details.

After verification, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method or credited to your wallet, as applicable.

5. Digital Products and Astrology Reports

Payments made for digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Kundli Reports

  • Horoscope Reports

  • Match Making Reports

  • Panchang Reports

  • Other downloadable digital content

are non-refundable once the report has been generated, delivered, or made available for download.

6. Subscription Plans

If Astro Zindaggi offers subscription-based services:

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after activation.

  • Users may cancel future renewals at any time through the applicable platform or account settings.

  • Cancellation of a subscription will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for the current subscription period unless required by applicable law.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days.

The actual credit may take additional time depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Consultation has already started or been completed.

  • User is dissatisfied with the prediction or consultation outcome.

  • Incorrect birth details were provided by the user.

  • Incorrect booking was made by the user.

  • Delay caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior cancellation.

  • Downloaded or delivered digital reports.

9. Technical Issues

If a consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues on our platform, we will review the matter and may, at our discretion:

  • Reschedule the consultation,

  • Extend the consultation duration,

  • Issue a partial or full refund, or

  • Credit the user's wallet.

10. Fraudulent Transactions

Astro Zindaggi reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent activity,

  • Abuse of promotional offers,

  • Misuse of the platform,

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions.

Appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, may be taken where necessary.

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Any updates will be published on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
